Re: seat stander help

misunderstood me..... im talking about if i happen to loop out while on a SS to the bar.... not intentionally. so i just pull in the clutch, and let it back out for the EB to bring me off?

Re: seat stander help

The higher your rpm's are at, the more engine breaking you will have. so if you think your comming back to far just let off the gas and if your at high rpm's the engine break should bring you back. If you want to scrape come in again at high rpm's bring it back slowly using the engine break, when your real close to scraping pull in the clutch let the bike scrape -rpm's will be dropping-then let out the clutch, the engine will catch and pull you back down. It also helps to lean foward and kind of bench press ther bike back down if you think your back too far. Good luck.

If you're going slow, its not coming back from clutching. At that point you have to park it or let it fall.

If you have some speed, the moment you know its going to loop, pull in the clutch so you dont lose any speed. Even if the bar is still 8 inches off the ground, pull in the clutch and let it gorilla scrape.

yeah i was going slow, not over clutching

thats what happened though, as soon as it hit it twisted, i grabbed the clutch, but did no good, so i let it go. i didnt fall, but it bent my FI cage, and bolt for motor mount

Re: seat stander help

make sure to keep soft bolts in the cage.. u deff dont' want one to snap.. and that way, it bends, and then takes .35cents to replace
