Got my 1st gear stand up down

sup guys, i just got my 1st gear stand up down. i can pretty much ride it 1st gear in stagger mode. anywys do u guys do 1st gear stand up or 2nd gear? cause most of my friends do 2nd gear and they ride it forever.

On the hwys people use 2nd. For the lots 1st only

Mostly 1st In lots and 3rd and 4th on hwys

should i learn BP in first? since the speed is not that fast in case i crash?

Learn bp in 2nd you can roll a lot more and it's not as twitchy as first.
and you can still engine brake, but that's no reason not to learn back brake.

Sup, Man! I've been practing my stand up in 1st and I was jsut wondering how do you know when you hit bp? Can you just tell or does the bike feel like its gonna go back on you or what?

The bike will do just that - balance, with very small throttle and or brake inputs. This has all been gone over before, just read the wheelie sticky to find out all you want to know and more.

correct, 2nd gear wheelies are easier than 1st but i would get 1st down because it hurts less when you wreck. once you get 1st, 2nd feels so easy like you're doing it in slow motion.

U CAN'T EVEN WHEELIE ^^^^

i use first on streets sometimes.. well with stock gearing.. now that i'm -1
+10 i usually hit 2nd nasty high rpms...goin about 45 haha
