standup for beginners -help-

I tried doing a search but nothing so far. hope to learn alot from the pros here.
For starters is an 04 R1 so not the best for wheelies so I been told. just went 1 down in front as 1st gear felt to tall.
Have no problem sitting down and clutching it up but thats about it for now.
Any help would be great, thanks :YEAH

Re: standup for beginners -help-

you just gotta get used to them. standing up does feel kinda funny, but once you master it, youll feel like you have more control and body english to keep yourself balanced, changing lanes is fun too.

The way I learned it, sack up and start to play with it. Go somewhere and just do them over and over and over until you figure out how to put your weight.
