if u got idle, coasters should be real easy. no tips really just pull the clutch in and ride the brake 2nd gear is easier to get into them. no handers if ur doing them foot on seat keep your chest close to the bars your left leg as straight as possible and use short brake inputs tap tap tap tap. i cant do sit down no handers so i dont know bout them.

Re: tips on coasters and no handers

set your idle at 3,5-4. for no handers, foot in the bar is most easy way to learn them.
coasters try 1st gear doing a normal balace point power wheelie with no brake than gas it a bit, pull clutch in and tap brake lightly.make sure u don't let clutch out till u come down, cuz if u let it out to fast learning them and gas it it might get nasty, like clutching wheelie in a wheelie.when u start doing baby small coasters in first go to second.reason learning it in first is that it will teach u good control on them cuz it's harder.
hope it helps...

for distance doing coasters i do them staggered. you can get real out of shape fast doing a fast coaster with your foot in the bar or on the seat because you are no longer "on" the bike and you are more over the bike.

no handers aren't that hard. you just have to grab your ***** and let go of the bars. if you can do no throttle hand wheelies then you have the hard part down already. i would suggest leaning as close to the bars are possible while learning no handers. but once you have them, stand at a normal posture so the no hander looks better. for sit downs i hook my left foot under the front rear set. it makes it easier to correct the bike. i hope this helps!

post some pics! let's see some progress on those no handers!
