Wanting to start slow stuff!!!

I was wondering if anyone can give me pointers on starting slow stuff i have a 04 gxsr 600 -1 in the front +3 in the back. Just wondering what i need to do to the bike and how i should start to pratice slow **** ! I can do stand-ups for about a mile same with sit downs but there at 80+ mph how can i slow them down i can get the balance point at high speed no problem but havin trouble in low gears when trying to do slow stuff!

my advanced wheelies 2 came by post today(im in ireland).
first one was excellent,especially for ppl who have no one to ride with and learn from.
when is the stoppie one coming out,im anxious to see this one cos i only got 2 fingers on my right hand and only one works,kinda.so i could do with as much stoppie advice as possible.

thats not a lot of fingers..
and maynard: you dont have to do anything to the bike, just pull it up waaay faster with use of the clutch, and ride it behind the balancepoint using the rear brake. just do it..

clutch it up around 15mph and try to stay below 30mph. If you cant then increase the height little by little till your constant or slowing em down a little. Once you got it up and near bp, try to lock your throttle hand and control the height with the brake. Takes some getting used to but you'll get it. The main thing is getting that back brake down. If you can get someone to video tape you, your progression will be much faster!! Practice practice practice.

Yeah. Our graphics editor is one of my best friends.....Apparently when he formatted it to DVD he thought it would be funny to mess with me.
