slow wheelies/coasting? and set up?

i have not ridin' much in the last 2 years, about 15 times maybe
bought a house, had a best friend die, and all those i rode or stunted with all stopped riding except for one.

So i lost those i could ask about help in stunting.

the only riding i have been doing is at least 3 times a week i practice on the quad, i have a scrape bar welded to the frame and twist throttle. i try not to scrape much, the gas really pours out, i am pretty good at slow wheelies on it.(not walking speed but crawling speed).

I have a new practice area close to home, and would like to transfer what i learned on the quad, i scraped once or twice on the street bike but that was 3 years ago, been just learning break control on the quad since then.

Not sure how to set up my CBR929, i have a scrape bar shortened pipe, K&N, and free styles' cage and plenty of dents and zip ties. Stock everything else!
What should i do to the bike, besides start practicing on it again.
What sprockets should i go with? i do ride local charity runs on it and used to like just going out for longs rides, and i've never been over 170 and really feel like i guess 140-150 would be a good top speed.

i don't know typing too much, what should i do to start slow wheelies is what i was wondering, as you can tell i am in no hurry to get the down
i rather take my time and get hurt less

any input would help, thanks

Just ride it like that for now until you get used to it again, then sprocket it.
