05 r1 master

So.. i got this 05 r1 master. I can't seem to get it mounted up right on my f4i. I had a stock clutch perch at first, couldn't get it because of that damn clutch cable sensor. Thought oh well, I need an asv anyways, thought that might get rid of the clearance issue.. nope.. still can't get it working.. anyone had this problem? Any suggestions??

Re: 05 r1 master

Here is a pic.. if I put the hb on the outside then the line won't clear the adjuster at all.. any ideas? Am I going to have to get longer bars?

Re: 05 r1 master

number 1 the asv ajust lock nut take it off, unclamp the asv and cable and run it under the banjo bolt and slide the asv ajusted right under the banjo bolt. clutch on the out side.

ps: 05 r6 radial

Hmm.. i might have to pick up one of those moose things.. i want the clutch on the inside.

Hyper, are you talking about that ultimate clutch system?? That thing looks nice..

What's that piece at the bottom? Looks like it might get in my way somehow..

Re: 05 r1 master

did you think about cutting the clutch sensor off the stock clutch and bypassing it? not a big deal unless you have your kickstand switch bypassed also

Re: 05 r1 master

I think you're getting two different things confused

moose makes an EZ adjust clutch perch and lever...and they also make an EZ pull clutch adapter...with 3 settings
