Ok so I got my set up on but Im having a hell of a time getting used to it. (full throttle) What do you guys suggest for getting used to the hand vice foot, and should I be just clutching with one finger and sliding it over to the HB as fast as I ca?????

 

I've been getting a feel for it by riding foot in seat idle then switching over to the hb... then pulling my right foot up to the seat.

Im kind of getting the notion that if it takes you more than an hour to learn the hb you're not really ready for it yet. Or you're hb just sux.

 

i did my first seat stander yesterday and let me tell you, gas, brake, gas, brake, gas, brake LOL i was getting ready to jump the foock off. my hand n foot cordination is ****ing great but hand n hand cordination was junk yesterday! so i started practicing sit down to foot on seat to sit down n high chairs then n hour into riding buddy toss's his g1k n brakes it, so didn't get to practice the HB at all really
