Re: which mastercylinder...

as long as you have a good welder.. dual caliper isn't too expensive.. and won't have to change pads as often.. also if you brake your foot brake, u can still use the hb and keep riding (quotes from zackie chan) i'm still up in the air what i'm going to do.. deciding today though!

Re: which mastercylinder...

well i already have a rear master cylinder with the fitting welded, but the internals popped out of it.. so i gotta try n fix that.. but i also have a spare bracket n caliper laying around.. so i might drive like 45 mins to my welder and have him do that if i can't get the single to work.. but it's about time, i've had this **** layin around for like a month and haven't put it on

'05 gixxer 7 master - tonight was my first time really using it and it was real easy to lock up the wheel with just my middle finger. I have skinny fingers too. I have no experience with any other handbrakes so I cant tell you how it compares to anythign else. I think its a good idea to mount the brake inboard of the clutch so that you can have your brake lever that much longer.

you just won't have to purchase them as often.. i realize u're using the same amount of brake pad wear.. but it's being spent between 2 sets.. so u won't have to make the trip to buy new ones as often
