12 bar question

i just put my 12 bar on the other day, today me and a couple of friends stood it up in his garage to check muffler clearance, worked like a champ problem is bike wouldnt stay running 'was gonna attempt 12 0'clock smoke fest':YEAH i was low on gas though , but could it be the tip over switch?how do i get around this? this is a 03 gsxr 600, also are there any points i should have reinforced on the subframe?

you'll definitely have problems running on the bar with low gas

and make straps of flat metal to bolt from your top front peg bolts to your front rear peg bolts

Arent 12 o clock burnouts hard as **** on the motors? Especially them gixxers? I heard they have weak motors already...?

I heard if you had a different oil pickup you can do bar burnouts. The motor jst gets no oil. I saw someone out here blow there motor that way. It does look cool though.

yeah ive been told the engine lacks oil at more vertical levels, someone does make a pick up for this i believe. dont know who though. and i did it again today' had it up on the bar' and it still didnt run, with gas..whats the deal?

and thats the only spot? none of the cross braces on the side of the subframe? sounds fairly straight forward...and easy, gotta like that thanks

www.stuntex.com sells the pickups, but I still wouldnt do a 12burn . fawk that.

do you happen to know of anyone that makes these straps? there needs to be a few angles in the braces, and any steel that would be strong enough to do any good would be hard to work with for me for the lack of serious tools, i dont think a hammer and 2x4 would give the greatest outcome.

1/8 inch plate should do it. it's either a do-it-yourself job or pay someone using pictures as an example.
