Thumb Hand brake ?

Is there any disadvantages in using a rear handbrake set up by means of a thumb controlled lever ?

Re: Thumb Hand brake ?

Do you really think you could push with your thumb harder than you could pull with 2 fingers??? or even one??? Think about it, its common f*cking sense. Thumb brake systems are for racing applications, and they dont have NEAR the power of stunt oriented systems. This question gets posted every couple months.

I can understand that you wouldnt know that the system doesnt push enough fluid.......BUT, even if it did, you cant push a lever with your thumb harder than you could pull it with your 2 strongest fingers. Stop and think about what your posting next time
