Not in the good ol rural country states. You can get all sorts of **** out here in the midwest. Would I need a silncer? Hell no. So it doesn't impress me. Someone breaking in my house to steal, harm myself or my family, etc is just going to have to deal with the noise when they get hit. Criminals can hear the shot and then prep themselves for the pain in about a few miliseconds.

Newbs call it "class 3" weapons, it's really a class 3 license needed to handle the tax stamped items, such as F/autos and silenced guns.
