Re: RIFLES and shotguns

lol well your not going to get an m4 for 300 or even close..you might be able to get a cheap ak like a sar for 4-500. civilian versions of the m4 will run you anywhere from 800 to a few thousand depends what you want...

Re: RIFLES and shotguns

A romanian sar1(ak variant) is a great gun for cheap. I got mine for $400, but have seen them go for as low as 270 or so depending on the condition. The quality of the furniture has a lot to do with how much it will go for..

Re: RIFLES and shotguns

Definitly..SKS's are great guns for the money, shoot the same inexpensive ammo as the AK, and the aftermarket is very expansive...I want to get an SKS with the 6 position telescoping stock, and hicap mag. conversion...

Re: RIFLES and shotguns

if your going to get an sks at least get a russian one... they are of the best quality and thats where it was developed.. the real ak-47 took the place of the sks.. they will cost a little more but are well worth it..

I really dig the 870. You can get one set up with the pistol grip, sidefolder, extended choke tube, and 18" barrel for $400......Not a bad deal at all.

Re: RIFLES and shotguns

Any AK model can be had for 300-350 and there are tons of accessories. You can tell quality from crap by looking at it usually. As for shotguns, you can get a nice black Remington 870 for around 200 and it is a great pump shotgun.

Re: RIFLES and shotguns

Anybody looking for an SKS?? Hit me up with a PM. I've got 1 left out of the batch of 10 i bought.

They're Yugo's, that were East German police issued. They have the East german slings, grenade launcher attachments, and i include a soft sleeve storage case in the deal.

Re: RIFLES and shotguns

Shotgun- Go for the 870 express magnum. I got mine for 250 OTD with side folder, pistol grip, extended tube and 18" Barrel, BUT, it had to be a Pistol

SKS or AK variant of some sort for 3-500 will get you an ammo dumper

If you look real hard on AR15.com you can find all you need to build an M4 for about 5-600 bucks, nothing fancy, just simple and short.

Just my , I have built quite a few rifles and own a ton of other stuff,

Word to the wise, you buy cheap, you get cheap
