Re: SBF results?

i hear Arnz did really well in his one minute run! Only one point behind Al-star's five minute run...

Well done buddy, shame you had bike problems.

I'm not putting myself down, just saying, in my eyes 11th may as well be last. Wasn't my fault ten people turned up who are better than me.

Re: SBF results?

It was an awesome weekend! Jon jon and the crew.

The level of riding was immense, quality all round.

(Excuses first) There 2 high placing Latvians and 2 high(est) placing French dudes! I got 9th in the final and 3rd in the Stoppies.

Bowers and Vandal got joint 4th... both brilliant runs.

Vandal won sickest trick with some awesome fast wide circles, well done mate. everyone loved em!

Hanksy totally ruined the rest of us with his stoppies. (30m run up - over a horid lump b4 takeoff) I got 55meters, was chuffed with that, then Julien (Razorback) for 65 )I think?) then hansky came out, first go and nailed it AAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLL the way to the end fo the arena (82m?) did a 180 and parked the back wheel 3 feet up on the wall!!!

My personal favourite was Bowers - had a very cool run, Very energetic, totally playing up to the crowd the whole way through, a real showman

Re: SBF results?

+ 1 great weekend, no injuries everyone killing it and nice sunny weather (fingers crossed for the sun in Aug comp).

Bowers you smile more than a cheshire cat when your riding, very entertaining run. Vandels fast wide circles were very fast and very wide also Lee s ralph louis suicide circles were . How the hell hanksy rolls stoppies like that.... (i think he has a motor in the front wheel), good run but you need to work on you donuts (lifes a bitch and then you marry one, bad luck).

The judging and mc was spot on.

Good to meet everyone as we don"t get many chances to see all of you.

Re: SBF results?

Excellent day yesterday with some astounding riding by all who got through to the finals!
As has already been said, an astounding performance by Hanksy in the stoppie comp, out of this world! Vandal's superfast wheelie circles really got the crowd going, Bowers was very, very entertaining... ahh fuggit, all the entrants were awesome
Although I got to Wembley at about 4 on Saturday, wasn't able to watch the last of the qualifying as busy doing other stuff, and I didn't get to see everything on Sunday, but it has to be said, aside from the fantastic riding by the foreign riders, the quality of stunt riding in the UK continues to improve, it really is of a world class standard now, and you should all be very proud. Long may it continue!
Hopefully see plenty of you at Elvington next weekend and Exeter in four weeks

Cheers Lee.
I wouldn't say I was robbed. I done the best I could, but I guess ten riders who are a different level from turned up.

1st Jorian Ponomaress
2nd Julien Welsch
3rd Paul Hanks
4th Janis Rozitis/Lee Bowers
5th Steve Harris
6th Lauris Klebah
7th Paul Todd
8th Nick Straughan
9th Dave Hanahoe
10th Mark Van Driel

There is no one there who shouldn't of been there. Its not like I was beaten by someone I shouldnt of been beaten by.

Just flipping gutted I didnt get one more point and make it into the top ten.
