I didnt mean it like that. Like I said Im not all that good but It shouldnt take that long, How many times can you loop before understanding the brake will stop you?

Either that or lower youre Idle if its high so you can have some engine brake

<<<<< But the pic really is cool

with a 62th rear sprocket im sure he has more than enough engine braking to bring him back down.

that thing is not gonna help you learn brake control because you'll rely on it savin you rather than yourself controllin your brake, listen to tee-rex n take it off

Re: ant...'s new wooden 12bar

noah's ark Very true, nobody thinks the wooden 12 is a good idea except me.

I have been following the footbrake practice and im strictly focused on getting bp the vandal method. Lots of riders want to change my routine but i won't cos im getting closer now, just need more practice.

Trust me, as soon as im confident i won't flip that stupid thing will be off

BTW - I don't rely on that to stop me its just there if i fail to stop the bike with the foot brake.

Idle is up high to keep the nose up at bp, not got it perfected yet though

Re: ant...'s new wooden 12bar

on the record, vandal is totally against the wooden 12 extension too, but he does have a good method for getting newbies to bp, IMO.

Well he did carry me on his bike at bp and show me how the idle can bring the nose up, the hand brake bring it down, that way i didn't need to rely on throttle control to stay at bp.

But I think you should speak to the man himself, im not worth of passing on his teachings

Re: ant...'s new wooden 12bar

I have cut my back end as far back as possible, while other people bolt pallets/deck chair (as tim said ) on the back....

Please take it to santa pod, so we all have shelter if it pisses it down

One more joke...
When we said you need decking, we didnt mean on the back of yo' bike
