i got a ? Can you sell a quad without a tittle because i am still paying it off and i didnt get the tittle yet but i want to pay it off wit the money from selling it ??

 

in Vt atv 's dont have titles ...i have clue about jersey though

 

if in your state you have a atv title - then you need it to sell it. but, use the money you are getting for it to pay it off.

Say you owe 3,000 and you sold it for 5,000. have him give you 2 checks. 1 for the 3,000 so you can send it to the bank - and the other 2,000 for you. So that way when the title comes in you can send it to him. just like a car.
