if you go too slow it will die Just slip the clutch a couple times if it feels like it's gonna kill it'll get jerky before it actually kills. Is that what your problem is?

Re: cant stop my bike from killing

is your quad stock? When mine was stock it would do the same thing. I ended up going with a 440 kit and some carb and pipe mods and for whatever reason......dosn't skip a beat???? I have a 42 pilot a 170 main and my clip is on the third notch from the top and the a/f screw is out 2-3/4 turns... i can creep with mine almost at 12 and still no skipping

My 450 runs all day on the bar, as a matter of fact, it will drag me in an apehanger, do NTH's, etc and never die.

Re: cant stop my bike from killing

i don't know if they make such a thing for quads/bikes but on race cars, they have jet extensions in the carburetor so when you take off the fuel won't pull away from the rear jets on a holley, so maybe if someone made something where you could lower the main jet or even the pilot more into the bowl, it would probably stop dying.

Re: cant stop my bike from killing

we have a raptor and it tries to kill everytime we scrape, but here lately we havent been 12in it all the way due to the fact that if it dies we have to pull start it which is a bitch if you dont have a strap and truck around lol....

but if you reverse everything that way everything is feel fuel like its supposed to then you shouldnt have much trouble with it....at least our friends dont and we dont on the 400. :
