Sorry... but the swamp bogging was boring to watch the first time he put it in a vid and it's been boring in every other one he's put it in since! Someone needs to step up and take over the market.....hmmmm

then what is? show me something better........ the tricks have changed alot, the extensions of the tricks, and the new ones they are coming up with. pay attention better to the tricks there doing.
I can understand how everyone gets sick of FMX and how its repetitive, but you gotta give all them riders props for what there doin.
Nothing is better then huevos, what would be a good representation of the sport? Not to start a flame, i realize we all have our opinions, im just curious to know yours.

Hey... to each is own. I'm not crappin on that fact that some people enjoyed those segments in the films.... I'm mearly saying that it doesn't supply enough action for my taste.

I talked to dan gutteur today from hbombs. It was kinda funny he was tryin to be all tough cause I called him a **** because of the way he treats tim's, bill's, and my videos. I asked him what happened with H6 cause all yr they talked **** about it being the best thing ever and blah. The answer I got was it was rushed and made in 8 days because wes broke both his arms. He wouldnt confirm a backflip being done which in my case means they don't have it. If I had it i'd show it plain and simple. Also seems as though the bomb squad ain't so tight
Also can they do wheelis on sleds? like real wheelies?

I never tried to claim they don't go big. I personally am not into sleds. Me and Tim talked a few times abot sleds doin wheelies and neither one of use have. I'd like to see a real riden out wheelie though not just a power wheelie. That's what I meant by real wheelie. Is there a video that has one?
Kazaa it up and steal some slednecks movies.
I know you never claimed they dont go big i was just sayin. the new slednecks 6 has got a guy riding a wheelie on a sled from the late 70's early 80's for a good 30-40 feet.

Sleds technically don't "wheelie." Most newer sleds can hang the skis for 1 or 2 hundred feet, but they never come close to a ballance point or let off the throttle to bring the nose down. I've seen guys "wheelie over" on sleds but I've seen ALOT of snowmobile footage and nobody is holding bp on a sled. Just doesn't happen. If it could be done, Quinlin would be the one to do it. Just my 2 cents.

Here is what I posted on HBombs site as far as a review goes. I tried to avoid any harsh criticism...probably missed out on a lot that I wanted to say, but oh well. Here is the book I wrote:
PS....Thanks to Bryan (aka Sledneck) for letting me borrow his copy of H6.

I got to watch H6 last Tuesday...glad I finally got to see it. Here is my honest opinion. I'll try to break it down into categories.
Intro....I thought the opening credits were great, looked really professional. For some reason I always appreciate artistic stuff like that, must be because I have no talent and can't do it...lol.
Racing footage....A lot of this footage was good, but a lot sorta left me trying to keep my eyes open. Watching these guys fly over jumps and rythym sections was sweet, but there were a lot of clips that weren't all that exciting. Sorta felt like the seeing the same thing 10 times over in a way. Again, I know a lot of people on here are sensitive to criticism, so as I said, it is great to watch these guys with tremendous talent ride. The Rausch Creek segment was probably the best part of the film in my opinion...those jumps are absolutely huge and they made my eyes bug outta my head...Wes (and the video editor) did a great job on that segment.
Freestyle....One thing that I liked was it seemed that the freestyle segments were more spread out than in the past. Helped break it up. It felt like there was a lot less freestyle in this flick than in the others. I guess whatever it was, didn't make it quite so repetative, but still left me wishing it was mixed up more....not sure what it was. The no handed superman was sick, and I guess it was Jon's jump off of that building that was really nice too. Other than that, nothing really jumps out at me...I am gonna watch it again tonight I think. Let me point out also, that I have much respect to all you guys doing this, and what's being done is very amaizing...I'm mainly commenting on just how it is shown in the video can make it a little repetative.
Crashes....The crashes in the video were AWESOME. Too bad there were only like 10 seconds worth. I don't like seeing guys get hurt or anything, but no matter what, crashes are amaizing to watch.
Cut Scenes/Other....Helped break it up a little bit more. Next time would like to see more funny ones like the "Tsunami" or whatever that was in the back of the pickup truck....that was hillarious. The car smashing was good too...lol.
Ground Freestyle....This matters to some people, and not to others. There really wasn't much to speak of...there wasn't an actual segment or anything, just some random clips. I think stuff like this really helps to break things up, and I'm glad that Hbomb decided to throw some in, but honestly the footage that was in there could have been A LOT better. Like I said, I know that this type of riding isn't for everybody, and from what I have seen/read in the past Hbomb isn't really interested in featuring it, but the fact is that they did use some clips from this genre....and since they did, they should be nothing short of the best out there. There were just a few basic stoppies, and some very basic wheelies (still enjoyed watching them though). Dana's stoppie up the ramp on the Predator was great, even though it was resting on the front bumper it was very nice.
Overall....I think H3 is still my favorite Huevos. I think I like H6 better than H5, just because there are more scenes that break it up between the racing and Freestyle. I do think that H6 coulda have used a little less Racing, mixed in with some nice ground freestyle, and bring back some hill climbing stuff. I know that people were saying "too much FMX in H5" and now you are hearing "too much racing in H6"....I don't think the answer is to add more of either one, I think the answer is to add some other types of riding. Even if it's just 3 or 4 clips of a cool drag quad, or your normal everyday rider going through a nice looking section of a trail....it's not like it has to be a whole segment on it. It just seems (to me) that different little clips like that help break things up and keep your attention. Honestly, each and every air trick in the video impressed me, the fact that I use the word "repetative" doesn't mean that I don't like what I'm seeing.
I guess I don't have to go into the backflip subject since that has already been beaten to death, and everybody knows that there isn't one now. If I woulda watched the film before knowing that there wasn't a backy, that woulda been one other thing I expected to see, but didn't.
So, I hope nobody gets all defensive at anything I said....I'm not a film critic, and don't claim to be one. I'm just giving MY opinion on things....right or wrong...who knows. I know a lot of time and money went into this project, but that doesn't mean that you HAVE TO like it. Also, I CANNOT pull of air tricks, or fly through a track like the guys in the video, nor do I have the camera skills or editing skills of the rest of the crew at Hbomb....BUT I do have eyes, ears, and a brain, and I have watched other forms of extreme sport videos (and plenty of them), so I think that I am semi-capable of giving a fair review of what I have seen...not a totally uneducated look at it.
Anyway, I can't say that I was looking for "more" outta H6, but I was looking forward to it being different.
To each his own. Take care.
