Wheelies?
I dunno man, some people say as long as you aren't giving it gas it won't hurt....I say, they put a clutch on it so I'm gonna use it....So, I pull in the clutch to shift. Only takes a little extra practice to get it down, you don't actually have to be that quick either.

dirtbikes and quads trannys are made to be shifted with out the clutch. Or racing ones are atleast. If you quad is a one with a dirtbike motor and it isnt a racing drtbike (400ex=xr400) i wouldnt do it. But street bikes are made to use the clutch.
Ok, if you have it turned off and its in gear and you have the clutch pulled in and u can push it freely i wouldnt power shift. Iv you have it turned off and its in gear and the clutch is in and you cant push it freely i would say its ok to power shift.
you people need to learn to clutch on a wheelie, its easy as hell, i can clutch while standing up on the pegs on a wheelie, if you learn to clutch all the time on a wheelie it makes it easier. i could powershift wheelies all day, and i definatly couldnt see my trans lasting. im Shocked like i said in the last post about this about how many people dont use the clutch while shifting on a wheelie.

But If I did I would shift without it once and a while, but not every upshift.
