When ever i put my headlights on, it blows my main fuse on my 02 400ex. is it the switch or the lights? I know its a common problem. its dark @ night.

also chech conections and wiring harness for bad conections or cut wires that may make it short out resulting in a blown fuse

 

about a month ago. I bought a 929 instead. love the torque.

But, when you put the headlights on - they look real dim then pop the fuse. I think its a short in the switch. Im gonna go on exriders.com and check it out. i know its a common prob.

ok heres how u fix the problem buy a new one u bum
