Son let me give you some advice before the squid squashers get on here and tear you apart. Here's something to think about, and do please think about this.
You come onto the largest most recognized stunt forum in the world and ask for help getting into a sport that you know nothing about. You post an entire thread about learning to stunt a quad. You receive multiple replies telling you to get on a bike. You get replies telling you how to stunt on your "auto quad". You then procede to ignore the replies about getting a bike and how to go about doing that, and then you tell the people that try to help you stunt a quad that, basically, they dont know whats good and not good for an automatic transmission as if you are the first one to come upon this knowledge. I know you're young and thats totally cool, i was dumb at that age too, but take the advice that you asked for and when you come to a site trying to communicate with adults, might I recommend at least putting on the appearance of being one yourself? If you would like to get into the sport there are people that are willing to help, but you have to accept the help you're being offered ok big guy. You will never learn anything on an automatic quad bro. Sell it, part it out, get a job, sell drugs, whatever you gotta do to get a bike of any kind - dirt, stunt, street, track, 50cc, 600cc, anything but a quad. When you do, log back onto SL, post some pics, and ask everyone where to go from there. You'll be amazed at the response you get. Just the honest facts dude. Take it how you want.

you are retarded stuntin on an auto is ****** simple just as easy as anything with a clutch. i can jump on a ****** polaris 250 trailblazer and rock the **** out just as easy as i can on a z400 or a ****** 90 sportsman. only diff is theres no clutch. just throttle it up and catch it with the brake. and those of you who think stuntin on a quad is stupid.. and the KID needs to get a bike.? who cares its all about havin fun...stunt whatever you got... **** it. and you cant learn on here get out there with some1 who knows and prac. ****** anti quad **** suckers.... quit hatin and get a life

FYI moving the shifter on an auto ***** nothing up... its the same as pullin the clutch lever in...... same action for the clutch

hold the rear brake.. rev it up slightly and as you release the brake gun it and yank back... the farthe back you sit on the seat the easier it will be. im sure if its auto it has a hand brake (rear brake on left handlebar) just grab that thing when it goes to far back...

Ya dirt bike is the way to go, i stunt quads too.. way different feel. Learning back brake is mainly the same concept.... all in all dirtbike ! go dirtbike now!

I remember when I was 19 and knew it all.
The guy asked how to get into the ****** sport not how to start a hobby. The sport and the hobby are different things dude. So yeah if you just wanna do wheelies back and forth for gods sake stay on a quad. If you wanna learn the sport of stunt riding get on a bike. Ask Aaron Colton, 14 years old..... quad or bike? That kid was on 50s and **** when he was still in the ****** womb, and now he's not even old enough to drive yet destroying people all over the country. And dude save me the high and mighty "just ride what you got, its all for fun" speech. Bud I was doin wheelies when you were in first grade ok, I know what the sport is about and I know that its about havin fun, but its also about proving to yourself you can be successful at somethin. You arent gonna be respected or successful in this day and age as a quad stunter. Sorry, right or wrong thats the way it is. I'm not "hatin" on quads junior, I'm tellin the kid whats gonna speed him along. If he cant afford it theres ways around that. Ride whatever you got?.....ok.... but why not be on a bike if you can.
