explain how your going to sue for a new 450? with depreciation, and the fact he broke your 6yr old 4 wheeler you'll never be able to prove that the cracked frame was him the most you may get is a settlement for broken parts.... by the time you go to court, pay an attorney and go through all the red tape it will be 5-6 months and enough to buy yourself a brand new 450....

cut your losses and learn from the mistake.... you can weld the frame and it looks like you just broke an arm or a knuckle in the front end. you can get the parts on ebay for about 40.00. not to mention your video shows you flat landing your quad.... so how can you prove that he was the one that did it. he could counter and win that it was all wear and tear from years of abuse.
