wats the most damage you guys have ever done to a quad??? some guy borrowed my quad and ended up damaging it bad....guy woont pay a cent and i was gunna sue him for the cost of a 450 but i found a 250x thats parted out so now im rebuilding it

haha im only 16 and the guy was a like 30 year old construction worker and it was me and my friend vs him and 3 of his friend so i didnt really feel like throwin down right then and there but if it was a kid id kill em
and now im gunna go blow prolly around a grand on a new frame and front end then fixin it up...i think were gunna sue him still and if i get enough money good bye 300 hello kawi 450

ya i was gunna bitch out cuz i didnt wanna sue my friend...my friend was the kid on the other quad in the accident and his dads friend was ridin mine so my dads sueing my friends dad but i was thinkin bout bitchin out just cuz i didnt wanna get my *** beat but f*** it this guys prickin me with this

ya so since i posted this ive gotten estimates on my quad and they were 2700 down to 1600 thats waay more than i have right now so were sueing the guy asap hopefully getting money from that and possibly parting the 300 out and you know what if that kids soo tough and really wants to fight me that bad after court let him idc even if i get my *** kicked ILL HAVE HIS MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!

take his *** to court, get all the money you can out of him. Then talk all the **** you can, get him to kick your ***. Take some pics of your bloody face after, have him arrested for assaulting a minor. Take him to court again, take some more of his money. Everyone gets their *** kicked atleast once, why not play it to your advantage?!

I think i am going to part the thing out some kid offered me a trade for his banshee with 800 dollars but idk because i want a 4 stroke ive been looking into a 400 ex but i dont have enough money to buy a quad like that right now so i might take the trade and turn around and trade the banshee for a 400ex or maybe kfx or ltz...idk wat i shuld do any ideas?????

Banshee is a bad idea, they suck for stunting... don't get me wrong, you could kill it on a banshee, but its just easier on a 4stroke. All the 4 strokes you listed are good.

MY LAWYER SENT HIM A LETTER HE HAD #) DAYS IGNORED IT NOW I HAVE A LIEN ON HIS HOUSE SO HE BASICALLY HAS A DEBT TO ME HE CANT SELL OR DO ANY MORTGAGE **** OR ANYTHING TO THE HOUSE UNTIL HE PAYS ME 2,300 and as for bitching out if that kid wants to fight me right now i would but im not gunna assault the kid and have that against me in court unless i just wanna throw the case out...and if he starts **** after the court case then will see then
