240 bb kit problems
i just recently got the vito's yamaha blaster 240 big bore kit, put it all 2gether and it starts fine, but it wont idle, it has no power 2 even make it up a hill in the dry street, there is a **** load of white smoke, 2 stroke mixing oil in the exhaust pipe that shoots out the tail pipe like a water gun, and it seems like there is 2 much play in the throttle when i give it gas but i can feel it workin the whole time its just not gettin fuel til about half throttle. in the carb i changed the needle and put the clip on the 2nd notch from the top i put the 345 main jet in and it didnt work so i tried the 335 but same problem and i also changed pilot jet and put the new gasket in the bowl. my blaster is a 2001 with the oil injector blocked off, fmf fatty pipe with power core 2 silencer, boysen comp reeds, twin air air filter, with the air box lid takin off, stock carb, stock bottom end, ngk br8es spark plug, and now a 240 big bore kit if any 1 knows how 2 fix this please help me

also try putting thea clip thing on the 3rd notch thats what i did wnen i bored out my blaster n jetted the carb and everyhting...i dunno though i could b worng but its just a thought

i have my blaster taken apart in my down stairs kitchen...i got all the parts, and still cant put the thing together..i hate that ****..when you get yours running maybe you can help me...

sounds like your jetting is way off...go back to your stock jetting and work fromthere...do a quick wot run, hit the kill switch.check the plug...if its white...richen it up, if its black..lean it out..you want a nice tan color.
