stunting quads @ 28 y.o.
Alright heres the deal. I'm out practicing wheelies and such yesterday when my wife comes out *****ing at me. She seems to think that me being 28 is to old to start learning to stunt quads. What do you guys and gals think.

Well I'm 31 and I think I started when I was 29 maybe 30....when you get to be my age you forget alot of things

. Most wives, g/f's (excluding the ladies here on stuntlife, of course!) have the same negative opinions. I've seen it happen before-wife *****es when husband spends time away from home on quad/bike-wife makes husband's life a living hell and before you know it the quad/bike is in the frontyard with a for sale sign. Learn from other's mistakes and don't become a victim!

first off2nd I'll be 29 in Jan and i'll ride until i cant walk .. weather its stunting, trails or muddin .. i love the outdoors
my wife supports me 100% .. she just told me in the fall it was time for a new Z so i could step it up with the big boys!!

Dude, it's all just about having fun... One thing that you have to remember is that all broads are evil. They get obsessed with acting mature at like 5 years old... From that point on they script out their life... Prom, graduation, coolege, marriage, children, retirement, and death... It's like they've got a checklist of things to get done in life... The dumb thing is, once you get it all behind you, yer dead. So just go out there and have fun... If she says that again, go in the house, pis on the carpet right in front of her and say, "Don't you have a carpet to clean?" Then go back out and stunt.

could not have said it better myself,luckily my wife is very supportive of anything I try.So I never have any trouble when its time for me to ride.The key is,for me anyway,is to include her from time to time.
p.s I am 26 with 2 kids,and a mortgage,as long as the bills are paid she could care less how much I ride.

btw, I plan to stunt till I am in a retirement home, so i would hafta say to hell with age, besides, look at Tony Hawk, he's gettin right up there, and he's still a wood pusher...

32 and as good as married.
I say teach her how to ride, work a camcorder, make sandwiches, open beers, etc. Anything to get her involved once a month will make it easier for you to do your own thang the rest of the time.
Either that or pi$$ on the carpet.

I say put her on the quad, and the first time she takes off, shoot her with a potato gun. Nah, I agree...Just make sure it's the right time of the month!!!!
