Question solution for z400 grab bar??

anybody on here with a Z make something for the z400's grab bar? it sucks cause its part of the frame...so if it is worn down to nothing or broke you have to replace the entire sub frame or get someone to weld you on a grab bar from another bike. does anyone have a pic of something custome they did to protect the grab bar or something like that?

steve

Sorry,
but the 400EX is the same thing. The subframe is 1 piece, not a bolt on grab bar like the old quads. Just get a piece of steel or something, and weld it to your bar. Make sure that when your quad is at 12 Oclock that the bar sits flat. If it doesn't your bike will do some bad things when you scrape... like tip over on you.
Hope this helps.
