Re: 450R Stunna

First gear is high on those so might consider a sprocket change....although I'm sure with some more seat time you'll get used to it easy enough.

The grab bar on those is aluminum right? That you may want to change/modify cause it probably won't last long...hehe.

Other than that I have no experience on them so can't say much more.

Re: 450R Stunna

First gear does around 35-40ish and from there on it is currently geared for high end because the motor is so built for lo end I thought it would smooth it out

The grab bar blows, I havent scraped it yet but I can get replacments for $4 however it is the eaust I am worried about scraping after the grab bar fails, but if i reinforce it do you think it will break the subframe which is also aluminum?

I know it all comes with time, I did bust out some sick highchairs tho 55-60 hp will throw yer *** up real fast :YEAH

Thanks
Ryan

Aint that hard. Just get used to it. As for 55-60hp, you must have some serious mods other than a pipe and the HRC kit. And I doubt your hittin 40mph in 1st. My R was easy as **** to stunt, turn your idle up a tad, and go down to a 13t front sproket. Its like a 400EX with a lot more *****. Practice man

Re: 450R Stunna

Yah get a lower sproket, change the 12 bars. I have a 450 yfz and rode a 450r and you will bend then snap the 12 bars, unless you reinforce it. 55-60 hp you must have at least a couple g's in that engine to even amke that kinda power.

I have a 16 tooth front sproket on it, I'm going to ice race it, I relize i need to change it to stunt but then it gets so torcqey it hard to hold it snaps hard

I don't even know all the mods it has done to it it was built by hondas engineers all I know is my cylinder is not the same color a s the block it has a stage 2 performance package and a carbon pro full exaust system, my gears stretch super far I haven't used fifth yet no lie It will beat a 500 big bore like it was my trailboss. Its fast but still smooth I don't know if I'm going to stunt it yet
