Scraping grab bars

Scraping grab bars

how would scraping with a grab bar like this big. That is alot of surface to hit. I cant find a website that carrys 12 bars. Has anyone ever built one that does not require welding i do not have access to that kinda stuff.

DONT DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just bent the **** out of my bar and itas the same one. i advise you not to do it.

anyone know which site carrys them, i email freestyleingenuity?spl and they said they dont carry them for 400ex's

your sorta stuck bro.. the 400 ex.. up till this year.. had a 1 piece subframe.. yer only good option is welded a plate on the stock bar ..

get rid of that garbage and weld a plate onto your stock scrape bar with angle iron on the sides if it breaks ill buy you a new quad

keep askin around keshon. You might find someone you or your parents know or even a local metal shop who might help you out. someone you know has got to have a welder in thier garage. If alf ment something like what I did ? It is strong as hell !!

I can give you the exact measurements. you could prob. bolt it on with u bolts
If you get someone to weld it up for ya.

Hey catman! could you give me the measurements to the grab bar you made? i am making one just like it with angle iron this week! keshon, make a grab bar like catmandoo, it will be strong and work well (you will also save $50-$70 on buying a grab bar!)

It's 10 & 3/4 in. outside's of angle pieces. 10 in. long to bring it to the crossmember. About 80 degree. on the bar weld it up in the air to get the angle perfect.
those are for the 400ex. prob. not the same on your bike
