After landing a sit down 12 oclock then trying it a second time and laying down tail too hard and bailing made a bar and start trying them standing...first pics of my first scrape with bar. Need to practice more and get them down now.

HAHAHA Nags...just figured out why my left leg was so bent...ALL BAD!! The tail of an R6 flairs out so much that in a 12 the flair will kick your back foot right off the rear peg. Was doing them again last night and figured it out...so we took some tools last night while at our spot and beat the crap out of my tail and tore out the side piece so it looks like my bike was bit by a shark ...so now i dont have that problem...so ya in that second pic im about to fall off and i bent my leg to so it could stay on the peg.

Hmmmm.............my '02 R1 has a similiar problem. To avoid any bruising or discomfort, I just moved my foot forward an inch or two so that my peg locks into the heel notch of my boot. That made it so my calf/lower leg is in front of that nasty bulge in the tail. If you are used to being on the ball of your foot, it'll take a little getting used to, but IMO.........better than destroying your tail.
