400ex dies on slow wheelies
this is normal? When i get going slow like no throttle near 12 oclock the motor dies out.
what can i do to fix that problem.

Yup, I think 90% of 'em do it bro....Just gotta give it more gas when you are up in the wheelie clutching it.
Otherwise if it's really extreme and not just a matter of giving it gas like I said, your overflow line could be plugged or if it is routed so it's higher than the carb it will stall in a wheelie too.

There is an overflow valve on the carb. it lets the gas out of the carb when the carb is past it's center. No gas...no revs!
solution Either you can turn your carb so it is nosed down,this will make for $hitty ideling though. or you can plug the drain hose with a bolt or something. I put a catch bottle on mine and titled the carb back by making a braket and a new teflon sleeve connector to the motor. I can fill a 20 oz bottle with gas in about a half hour of doing wheelies

my 400 does that untill it is realy warmed up. I turned up my idle a little too. probably not your problem but i got to warm mine up realy good first.
