Arrite, I need to know WTF is wrong with my POS warrior this time


SO i snapped off onea the bolts in mah exhaust flange, so i say, fukkit, it'll hold with one, But for some reason everytime i put a bolt in the side without a bolt broke off in it, it falls out within a few minutes.

so as of now, i'm rockin mah quad with the exhaust not really bolted to the engine, it just kinda chills there, and blue flames kinda shoot out around it. Now the quad seems to still be runnin fine, considerin that last vid i just put up, the quad was like that.

SO #1 can i fukk the engine up anymore than it arreddy is by runnin like this.

#2 Why the fukk won't a bolt stay in it?


God i need to get ridda this **** box, my rear brakes don't really work at all anymore now either.

Was your engine hot when you put the bolt back in?try it when it's cold.get the bolt out with a bolt extracter.get just the one size you need at sears 4 two dollars.put it back togeather while engine is cold and use lock tight.on the warrior is there any springs that help it stay on??

 

I was tryin to avoid havin to get the other bolt out, but i guess i'm gonna have to. Cuz to get a good angle on it, I'm gonna have to pull the motor

Yeah I had the same problem. It was probably the right side bolt, when you're sittin on the quad huh. I kinda left it for a while w/ one bolt but I eventually changed the cam chain so I had the head off and drilled it out. Hey if you wanna get rid of the warrior let me know. I may be lookin for a cheap quad in the near future.

Dont bother pullin the whole engine, just the head. Just take all the plastic, carb, intake, exhaust and there's 4 14mm bolts that hold the head on. You'll have to pull the side cover on the head and take the cam gear off the cam to get it out.

I wanna put a new clutch in it and stuff so i'll just make a whole project outta it
