So i have been stuntin the quad for a couple months now and finally had my first crash today.

I was workin on combos today, mainly seat stander jump to special K.

Well i nail'd about 5 or six of them, then this one, i pulled up jumped up to the seat, then jump'd straight to special K, well mah foot got caught and when i landed I was off the side of the seat, barely on the quad, But i didn't let off the gas, so it threw the quad up on 1 wheel then jack'd sideways and flipped over on top of me.

I'm ok, LIL road rash and a sore arm and legm Luckily i had my helmet on since i was tryin new stuff, and all it did to the quad was mess up the new paint and bend the handle bar.

I got up and kept goin though and nail'd a bunch more.

But i am kinda upset that it happened. I've been goin out to the spot at least 3 times a week for a few hours each time, and never had any kinda wreck. but i guess it happens

Glad to hear you are alright, don't sweat the crash, that's just part of progression.

 

ya i just started tryin that trick like last weekend i cant keep it up though once i jump to the special k im not used to the shift in weight ill be able to get it with a litl more practice though

 

start just jumpin seat to spreader to get the idea.

I had troubles keepin it up also, but then i learned what i was doin wrong. u gotta have the wheelie up really high b4 u jump, and u gotta hit the gas as u jump.

U gotta play it like if u weren't jumpin to a trick and shiftin ur weight, u'd set it on the bar or loop it.

 

when i'm doin a cmobo like this, i'm ridin the wheelie at about 11 oklock or so b4 i jump.

It won't work very easily if u have it lower,
