they heal like any other piercing. im shure if you dont keep it clean it would get infected. after they are healed you would prob. have to be a pretty nasty dirty person for something to go wrong with them...

Re: never seen a **** pierce..any pics? *NWS* ok - quick lil ? & poll I guess....in the video on page 4 of this thread - it shows the piercing going from left to right, what is the point? My piercing goes top to bottom so that way the ball is hitting all the important parts when moving or being moved....actually that is called the Hood, not the **** - to get ur **** pierced would be extremely painful from what i've heard & the hood - well the sensitivity is somewhat like your skin on ur elbow, you can pinch it & all you feel is a little pressure but not real pain...same w/the "hood"...**** is sensitive nerves that can be stimulated so that would cause pain - regardless good or bad pain. When I had mine done it wasn't painful at all - a deep breath when they told u too & it was all good & was tryin it out that same night & let me tell u - riding on my bike the first time - it was even better!! Who needs a D battery when you have a 600 between ur legs especially w/a piercing?!!!!
