who wants CRF250 stunt subframes?
If there are any motard stunters out there on the CRF250's that want a custom subframe let me know, I finally ran into a guy that is going to build a custom subframe for my 250, so I'm taking my bike up to his shop this weekend. He said he would make more if I knew anyone that needed them. It's gonna be around the $400 range, I'll know the exact cost once we finish mine up this weekend, it'll have 2 rear pegs, keeping the stock plastic on, a 12 bar, and the exhaust will still be side mount. so you'll be able to just take your subframe off, and put this one on, and keep your plastics, and not have to relocate the exhaust.
I'll post pics up once its done

well I've been searching for several months, there are other people that make subframes, but this is the only guy nearby I can bring the bike to, pretty much my only solution right now. I've seen his welding work, it's pretty killer.

Finished, just need to have the custom bar made at the end that has a knurling pattern.
Its gonna be a pretty fat aluminum bar with a hatch pattern for grip.
the stupid steel bar in there is just a temp thing for now...
wasn't easy keeping the exhaust side mount and keeping the plastic on.

how come you didnt follow the body and set it up like a 12 bar on a street bike so you can scrape and stuff? that is kinda weird way up there. but nice nonetheless. now lets see some pics of it in use.

Re: who wants CRF250 stunt subframes?
I'll just keep scraping the tail, the bar is just to put my foot in,
I know its pretty untypical, but I wanted to be able to get one or both feet in there,
and I wanted to be able to bolt up a hatch pattern bar to grip my feet.
I also put the side pegs really far back to make it more comfortable to stand on when your up on one wheel.
as soon as I get some decent weather I'll post up some pics.

that one was the prototype, bill's also got a working dual caliper design for the WR250X, same type of setup!
