just buy new, I did! got it yesterday.
Black will be hard to comeby used, it was hard fro me to find a black one new! But, it can be done. My friend picked up one with 800 miles mint and stock for $4500.
Anyways, I have no idea how far sacramento is from san diego, but according to cycletrader.com there is a 2006 black in san diego for $5500. Here's the ad:
