Motard cush drive, Who runs them, who doesn't?
Motard cush drive, Who runs them, who doesn't?
I'm getting my motard set up and am debating whether to run a cush drive back wheel or not. Has anyone experienced trouble from not using them on the road? I'm hearing things about ruining your trans if you don't.

The only real difference is to chain life.
I've been riding supermoto 5 years now, and neither myself, or any of the guys i ride with have had any gearbox problems. The only guys i know who have a cush drive, are those who run stock KTMs.

hmm simple way to explain it is when you take off the rear wheel whe nthe bike has a cush there will be little rubber piece right behind where your sprokect hooks to the hub
