Paul or anybody??

I got Micks old 12 bar and was curious if I bend the metal to fit my subframe will it weaken that thick of metal so bad I wont be able to use it? I have heard both ways no and yes but Paul you da man.

I wouldn't worry about it weakening the metal too much, but it will be very hard to bend and keep it straight and true. Then when you hit it if it is not straight it will do all kinds of strange things.
