I've got 7 CD's of avi's I can send up to you ASAP!

The only prob is my comp is crashing every time I edit, but I think that's due to the fact I cut everything on another system and copied it to mine.

Rick, the best bet is to output the clips to DV tape and send Gynxx a copy...send me one too!

I'll send these CD's to you before this weekend, maybe they'll work on your system.

Rick does any of your buddies have another dv camera? You could just dub a tape from one to another ..Mini dv or digital 8 ..i have both ....

Or I could fly down to florida with my computer ...find a job ..work illegally ..get my bike .....make some videos .......have some warmth ... no more snow ....then we will all be happy right ?haha

Oh you want to output to dv from your computer.... hook your camera up to comp. (firewire?) turn on adobe 6 .. and you should be able to just play the footage and watch/record it on your miniDv/digital 8 just drag new clips into your project ...play them while they are in the bin and they should play right on your Dv

u use premiere??? how do u use it...***** mad hard from what i remember(i tried messin with it like a year ago)

Yeah I use adobe 6 ....... Got pretty good at it too .... Lately I have been using vegas video ..it has a better capture codec ..but is a lot harder for me to use ..... What do you use now?

 

The disks will be in the mail on Monday. Hopefully your system will take kindly to it unlike mine. I'm also using Adobe 6...
