Re: Front Disc Set up for the KLX 110

crap, im not sure.

That is why I have decided to do a custom rotor set up via B Mac Custom Fabrications. We are taking a 929 rear rotor & caliper & fabricating it onto the front wheel. This will launch you so fast over the front. it'll be awesome.

That break rotor is going to scrape the ground around the turns dude, and then buck you over the front. [plugs camcorder in to wall, aint gonna miss this]

Re: Front Disc Set up for the KLX 110

hell no, a front rotor is as big as my rim. The rear brake rotor isn't nearly as big. I just gotta make up a jig for the caliper to mount. Hence w here B Mac Fabrication shines.

how about i come down and we make up 2 prototypes....carnes have you tried rolling out any stoppies on it yet? i'm sure that motard setup works better than my dirt tires.....the front brakes suck though!

Re: Front Disc Set up for the KLX 110

stoppies on the stock front tire was like death. it was so skinny it locked up most of the time then wanted to launch me over the front. w/ the street tires is pretty good. Brakes suck though. Not rolling that far - so im gonna go disc
