The wood burning stove is a huge plus. Backup heat is almost necessary in this neck of the woods. You don't want to be without heat for too long when it's 20 below outside. The only problem I have with this house is that it doesn't have a basement. I'd also like something a little bigger. 2000 square feet is not that big if you don't have a basement to store ****.

yeah basment is a deff plus... yeah I dont know anything about living in the country lol... i prefer city life.. concrete, hookers, and crime..
