I dunno about the wood burning stove.. lol, but its huge.. cheap.. and has a pool...

 

The wood burning stove is a huge plus. Backup heat is almost necessary in this neck of the woods. You don't want to be without heat for too long when it's 20 below outside. The only problem I have with this house is that it doesn't have a basement. I'd also like something a little bigger. 2000 square feet is not that big if you don't have a basement to store ****.

 

yeah basment is a deff plus... yeah I dont know anything about living in the country lol... i prefer city life.. concrete, hookers, and crime..

 

a big +1. i tell that to younger women who are in shape but don't work out, hoping that they'll remember it as they get older. i'm looking out for the future generation. i also mention that personality will only get you friends and guys who just need an easy ****.

I would probably build a secondary garage / shop with storage overhead. I want something that would keep critters out. This house is dirt cheap, so it wouldn't be too long before I built on. The other places I'm looking at are $200K +.

 

Theres enough crime on my street to make ppl think its the middle of Detroit.. lol ... whole first block is low income housing, and there's 2 half way houses on my street... it get's darker by the month
