Yeah I just never got into the whole skateboarding thing.....the most I ever used one was as a kid was just trying to stay on while being towed behind one of my brothers on a bike......until my brother decided to bike through sand while I had the dog leash wrapped around my wrist.....that was my first real experience with road rash......I had it from my wrist all the way down the side of my body to my ankle......that sucked

I knew that you should sand between coats of poly but I thought it was to get rid of any air bubbles/bumps so it was completely smooth.....I didn't know it was for proper adhesion.....good to know
