Yup. There actually was a good amount of talent there. None of the fat women kidding themselves that early in the morning. I was probably the most out of shape person there under the age of 45 other than one HUGE black dude who was built like a linebacker.

It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought. Although I despise showering in flip flops. I hear the best time to do cardio is right when you wake up before you eat, then eat right afterwards.
