I only have 2 projects right now, the 954 and the 650sx. I have 99% of the parts for the 954 and 100% of the parts for the SX once the pump nuts gets in minus some water lines.

What are you using for water lines? I'm running beverage lines from Home Depot. Some guys claim they don't last for **** but others say they're fine. It's cheap compared to the colored lines the pwc companies sell.

I keep going back and forth on painting the jet ski. I eventually want to paint it, but I don't want to do it this year. However I don't want to turf the rails just to rip it off next winter.

Nothing right now. That's going to be one of the last things I have to worry about. Beverage lines sound perfectly ok. The "hot" water running through them isn't that hot and the pressures can't be that high.

You'll need 2 sheets to do the whole ski. If you just do the rails twice, you'll have plenty. The rails aren't a lot of work at all.

The whole ski being the tray, sides of tray, pole, and rails? Any advantage to using the premade tray mats over just glusing down some turf cut off a sheet? I plan on keeping the stock vinyl for this year if not longer.
