10:15 and the line at the dmv is already out the door. i turned around and went back to work. i dont know if its a coincidence or now, but almost everyone in the dmv today was spanish, and this isnt a spanish area

 

The DMV is always pack with minorities and white trash even in an areas where they are, well the vast minority. Best I can figure is that their cars are such pieces of **** that they just buy another POS when their POS breaks down so they are always having to transfer titles and registrations.
