no, not really

for a while we were trying to do the threads with the most posts already. the ones that had a couple hundred, that we may have whored for a day or 2 back in the day. but we've sort of ran out of those

theres one particular date range that we try to avoid using, but only scott knows what it is. the rest of us dont really care cuz it doesnt effect us

What's Scott's reason for avoiding those ones?

Re: A UFO, a Wookie, and a Jar of **** Lube

i'm so excited i'm getting more comfortable with clutching it up. I wanna practice every day now...so much fun, but much more tiring than riding the fiddy. i need to take a break every 10-15 minutes. PATHETIC.

i figure my arms and wrists don't bother me so much when i ride around gil's rr with db bars, but clip ons are killing me. i think i'm mega out of shape and i have to keep riding more often again to build up muscle in my chicken wings.

once you get near balance point, more of your weight will be on your arms. Dirt bike bars will compound that by shifting your body position back further.
Thats why everybody with dirt bike bars does seat standers and tank wheelies all the time.

Foot in bar take a lot of the weight off your hands. Actually pretty much all of it.

Re: A UFO, a Wookie, and a Jar of **** Lube

i think this stupid medication i'm on has to go. On saturday i slept for 4 hours in the afternoon while gil rerouted his brake lines, changed his back tire, and cut down clutch and brake lever. I felt bad when I got so dizzy I couldn't ride my own bike to the spot, so he had to ride it and I trucked his bike at 40 mph. It's just annoying loading a ff clip on bike on a truck with no hb ...so i ride it there. I had to say, "can you ride it to the spot for me"--- you guys know how hard that was for me to say...i was so embarrassed.

thankfully, he's understood how i've been feeling lately and was sweet enough to oblige.:YEAH

ewwww, more weight will be on my chicken wings as i approach the bp? i better take my time getting there then...

I know why everyone goes to db bars, but i like riding the streets and twisties too and db bars are practical for non-stunting. Maybe as I get better I'll think about it again and upgrade a streetbike and sf the F4i.
