The problem is.....not a lot of girls can pull off skinny jeans.....you're tiny....too tiny for my tastes.....nothing personal....but most girls would look fat in that style jeans.....

so i need some more advice...

my tennant is moving out the end of next month i have another buddy that wants to rent it but wants a few updates done and wants me to give him the same deal as our other friend ($275) but there is another guy i met last week he is like 40 and getting a divorce and is the manager at the sanitation place here in town he needs a place to live and will pay $350 but i'll lose the comfort of just being able to go hangout over there anytime i want...so opinions? oh and the friend that wants it for $275 is only like (90% sure he is gonna...opinions?
