i feel like i'm getting right with myself as i get older.....i try to have a positive outlook, i try to have patience with the kids and i keep reminding myself that i was their age once and 10x crazier. i'm eating a million times healthier (minus not enough) and i'm working out a lot..i'm pretty much the healthiest i've ever been. idk, i'm in a funk and have been for a while with wanting to move back.

sounds like in another 2-3 years you'll only be doing it once or twice a week.

a lot of people fantasize about this quiet family life. what they don't realize is that they have the kids every day of the week and never get breaks. every day is full of responsibility. when they don't have kids they take for granted being able to come and go as they please.

i believe you can repost jobs every 12 hours, not 24. So at all times you can up to 4 jobs posted, but i believe you only benefit from moscow and bangkok whereas your friends who help you can benefit from all 4 cities.

and going out once or twice a month isn't much to ask at all. when you have kids you shouldn't lose who you are....you're still your own person, you just have a huge responsibility and your choices will effect them.
when i get really bad i jump on the treadmill and that helps. i've found on days i don't workout i end up being somewhat depressed about it. i'd like to do yoga, but my posture is HORRIBLE! i'm working at it, once i'm decent i'll start. when i've tried doing it in the past i usually end up falling over and it's more of an annoyance than anything.....so i quit. i do pilates just about every night though....doesn't really work with my breathing, but it helps stretch out and that makes me feel good.
