Re: par schmar
I haven't found injectors for the new 2.0 cleen diesel yet. Took one for a test drive today. It's a nice car, but there is a complete redesign that is due out in the next year. so I will probably wait unless they start giving them away. I'm going to pass on the TDI Cup edition, it's a little bit boy-racerish for a daily driver of someone over 25 years old.
not a fan of buying any " dot 0" version of a car ... just like with software i always wait for dot 1 revision ...
Re: par schmar
sorry niner, girls suck....big time. one minute we think we want something, the next minute we decide it's not what we want. we don't think realistically, we think like we're in lala land.
wth, no one wants to hear that
FACT!
you know what you're talking about....there are very few girls out there who want a complete gentleman all the time...those girls are usually lame though. there are a lot of girls out there who want a challenge and want relationship drama.....they are nuts, you don't want to settle for someone like that. from what i can see though (based on my findings from girls i know) women want a man who is that perfect gentleman AT TIMES but then he will put her *** in her place at times as well.
HA! the majority of guys stick around because they're either desperate or scared to leave bc of what she could/would do

Re: par schmar
I am looking at the TDI jetta with sunroof and I pod interface (if I can't buy an aftermarket i-pod add on kit for cheaper). They are pretty well optioned base TDI.
Re: par schmar
when you're being the nice guy what are you doing? opening car doors? paying for everything? complimenting left and right? having manners? are you being a ***** to try and impress her? girls don't want pussies, well...the gay and really drunk ones do
Re: par schmar
From asking around work it looks like the new Jetta is going to drop in the next couple of months and the price is $2500 cheaper based off the MSRP of the base Jetta. The new edition is sharper styled and it is a bigger car overall. They will have to take at least $5K off the price of a 2010 for me to be interested. Plus I have to get a decent price for my truck. Maybe I can find someone who wants to swap parts for cash and trade it in to get to the magic number.

Re: par schmar
My broke *** friend told me he would give me $13-14K for it. I think I could get $16K if I fix up some of the little things. Don't know how much the dealer is offering. I had to jet before they figured out the numbers.
Re: par schmar
i meant the jetta. dealerships never give you anything decent for a trade in.
Re: par schmar
Sticker is $25k with the options I want. I ran the math and if my company moves to the other side of town it is a break even at 10K for 5 years, then I am way ahead. Plus I get a new car. This neglescts the difference in maintenence and hassles with owning a higher milage truck. So I would say if I can get this deal done with oweing 12K on the new car, it makes sense and I am coming out ahead in the long run.
