i could take a guess in inches but no way to tell in metric without seeing the width of the tire.
but looking at the bigger picture - why the **** would someone put tires like that on 20's?

285/75-16s are 33s. 285/75-17s would be 34s. I had the 16s on my avalanche.

its bothers me in an ocd sort of way that an international standard for tire sizes has both metric and sae measurements in it.
