before and after....the before (in the black shirt) was me when i lied to mike telling him i weighed 145

the after was taken yesterday. i'm not sure what i weigh....somewhere between 120-130.

the jeans in the first picture was a size 12. eek! i've maintained a size 6 since last summer and for the past several months i've been in between a size 2 and 4.

Post some pics of asian chicks with DSL's. Sat next to one on the plane to Chicago and found it to be an interesting combo.

oh, and dont ask me hot to install it. i know how to bolt it in of course but i dont really know how much to tighten it against the chain
